2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all development operations conducted under your security credentials.
3. Software License & Ownership
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our platform. All intellectual property remains the property of Vectraux.
4. Prohibited Platform Use
We enforce zero tolerance for malicious attacks, platform abuse, bandwidth spamming, or violating third-party rights.
5. Subscription & Payment Terms
Subscription plans are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. Refunds are processed in accordance with our pricing sheets.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time for serious violations of these terms, with or without notice.
7. Limitations of Liability
Vectraux provides software on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or server downtime.
8. Governing Law & Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of our primary incorporation jurisdiction.
